We consider each child’s natural interests, cultural environment, and family goals to create a well-rounded, fun, and individualized plan for success.
In all of our services, we use humor, play, music, movement, and lots of language to build meaningful communication skills.
Services
Inada and Warren Speech Therapy Partners, Inc. is based in the SF East Bay and primarily serves families of children who are under 5 years old and demonstrating speech and language delays. Early intervention is our passion! We currently offer the following services to those who qualify:
Consultation with families
We love finding creative ways to increase learning opportunities and facilitate communication in the home. With family consultations, our goal is to create a home plan that will support functional communication for all! A consultation will start with a phone call, during which we’ll ask some questions. You’ll share your concerns, and we’ll make sure we’re a good fit. Next, we’ll schedule a home visit. You’ll receive an individualized home plan, including lots of suggestions and strategies to try. If we come to the decision that your child needs a speech and language evaluation, we’ll make a quality referral.
Classes
Our very own Talk Together class teaches parents and caregivers how to be their kids’ best speech teachers! We share all the best tips and strategies you can use to increase communication in your home. This class is available in-person for those in the SF East Bay. An online version of Talk Together is also available for families looking to get started right away.
Speech and language screenings for preschools and daycare centers
Do you have a preschool or daycare center? Are you wondering whether the kids you work with are on track developmentally? Do you dream of having speech therapists observe and conduct screenings onsite? We now offer speech and language screenings at early education centers in the community!
Consultation with preschools and daycare centers
We believe in the work you do, and we want to help you help the kids you serve. Communication consultations are designed to support programs with children between the ages of 9 months and 5 years. If you are an early education provider looking to make your center more functional for children of all communication stages, schedule a private consultation with us!
Early communication development trainings
Educators who understand the fundamentals of speech and language are better equipped to interact with little ones. And these kids make more progress! But learning about communication can feel daunting. That’s why we offer engaging early communication development trainings designed for people without a background in speech, language, and communication! Early communication development is relevant to curriculum planning, behavior modifications, and more.
Speech and language evaluations and treatment
We are contracted with the Regional Center of the East Bay (RCEB) to provide evaluations and treatment to families of children between 0 and 3 years. Throughout the evaluation process, we’ll help you determine whether your child is showing signs of a communication delay or disorder. We consider all areas of communication (speech, language, social communication, and more). Each evaluation is play-based, and we work with families to get the most accurate and well-rounded impression of each child’s skills and areas of need. For children who qualify, we plan and provide one-on-one treatment programs in the home setting. Reach out for more information on scheduling an intake through the RCEB.
